Ronit Baranga

Disturbingly beautiful clay/porcelain sculptures by Israeli artist Ronit Baranga

The use of fingers and mouths in my work is full of intent and meaning. The fingers and the mouth are very sensual organs in the human body and are therefore very powerful as separated items from it. The “seamless” combination of these organs in plates or cups, appearing as one, creates, in my opinion, new items that “feel” their environment and respond to it – Ronit (interview with Empty Kingdom)

Remarkable Animals Painted in Ink by George Boorujy illustration art animals

George Boorujy challenges the viewer to confront both the animal and their preconceived notions about it. Through their gaze an interaction evolves with the wild that otherwise would have to be sought out or birthed from happenstance. However fleeting our exchanges with the wild are, an impression of their presence marks our memories. There is something mystical at play; a silent exchange that either moves us towards awareness or heightens our fear of the unknown.

Dancing Coca-Cola

Dancing Coca-Cola bottles have been leaping inside our computers quite a long time. We created this Coca-Cola promo film for Eyeka co-creation community contest in 2010. As there were no scenario restrictions we have decided to withdraw this massively popular product from tradicional soft drink’s settings and interpreted it just as well-recognizable object, red topped white glass bottle with brown drink inside. This is what happens when legendary image meets sounds of the harp in sterile neutral space.

Note, this is not official video.

Leigh Mulley’s Squirt Guns

UK-based Leigh Bulley is the creator of these insane, hyper-realistic water gun paintings. Spring is upon us and that means summer is just around the corner. We can’t wait to break out our squirt gun collection and start blasting whoever gets in our way, but for now, we’ll settle with these dope hyper-realistic works. Hit the thumbs for a detailed look.
