Nasutamanus

The sculptural installation titled Nasutamanus by Daniel Firman depicts an elephant once again performing a balancing act with its trunk, but this time the creature is featured from a rotated view. Instead of simply doing an elephant’s version of a handstand, it appears to have suctioned its trunk to a wall adjacent to the floor. High Speed Liquid Flowers Photographed by Jack Long

At a quick glance these colorful photographs by Milwaukee-based photographed Jack Longmight pass as some kind of strange exotic flowers, but a squint of the eyes later reveals they are actually high speed photographs of colored water, captured in a way to mimic the shape of blooms, leaves, and even pots.
